TSH 7.7 is considered to be Subclinical hypothyroidism (provided that FT4 is within normal limit and Anti TPO is below the upper standard level as per the testing laboratory)
Next Steps
you don't need to worry as far as your TSH report is concerned. check if there are any neck swelling or not.. also look for symptoms of hypothyroidism like lethargy,  weight gain, excessive sleeping, non pitting oedema etc. You can do a repeat TSH along with FT4 after a couple of months once the TSH is above 10, you should start levothyroxine
