I had baby in July 2017. In Jan 15 my tsh was greater than 100. No as such weight gain. Regular n normal periods.. only frequent cold n weakness symptom .Took medication 100,,MCG. Feb 20 test tsh around 4. March 26 test tsh 0.05. taking thyroxine 100mcg. How much should I reduce thyroxine . .my . height 5.5 feet n weight 55kg. Breastfeeding.

U should consult an Endocrinologist. If u cant, then reduce the dose to 75 and retest after 6 weeks
