Thyroid during pregnancy

I am 11 weeks pregnant,yesterday I was diagnosed with thyroid,dr said my tsh is low,tsh is 0.2,t3 & t4 are normal,dr said she will give treatment after first trimester, Is it harmful to take thyroid medicine during first trimester? What precautions shall I take? And which foods to include and which to avoid?please help

U just need to take thyroid medicine s if it's a subclinical hypothyroidism.... It's not harmful and there is no foods which can alter
