Avoidances
* Soya & soya products like Soya chunks, Soya milk, soyabean oil, Tofu (soyabean paneer), Edamame
* Cruciferous veg. family like Cauliflower, cabbage, kale, turnip, Brussel sprouts, bokchoy etc. If taken, take in cooked form not in raw & salad form
* Nuts like Pine nuts, peanuts, pearl millets
* Fried & fatty food like Butter, fried stuff, red meat
* Gluten like wheat, barley, rye
* Refined items
* Caffeine like tea, coffee, green tea. If taken, take in moderation.
To be taken in Hypothyroidism -
* Take whole grains like wheat, brown rice & oats
* Brazil nuts
* Fish like Salmon, sardines, mackerel
* Chia seeds, flax seeds rich in Omega 3
* Spices like turmeric & ginger
* Other sea food like oysters, shrimp etc.
