Your thyroid tests are not fully normal. If you have symptoms of tiredness, lethargy, weight gain then I would suggest to increase the dose to 75mcg once a day and recheck in 6-8 weeks. Please also do free t4 next time rather than total t4.
I am guessing these tablets were started 6 months back. It takes some time to get the dosing correct and fully normalise the blood tests.
Will also need to see old blood tests to see trend.
