I am constantly having strange thumping/ funny sounds inside my right ear. There is no pain but this sound is just so annoying. Please help !!

it seems it is pulsatile tinnitus. may be some vascular cause is there, you need to see some ent or neurologist for that and get some imaging investigation done. if everything is normal then just try some medical therapy adviced by dr.
