1.5 YEARS AGO MY LEG THUMB NAIL GET INJURED AND REMOVED AND AFTER THAT, THIS TYPE OF NAIL IS COMING. PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT IS THIS AND WHAT TO DO?

Its traumatic nail injury.its because of nail bed has damaged due to trauma .nail grows from nail bed so if its damaged new nail will come like this.
Next Steps
cut the nail with nail cutter as it grows.
