Thryroid and anti TPO high

I have thyroid since 5 yrs and my current medication is Thyronorm 100mcg. I recently got my tests done for Thyroid profile, anti TPO and anti TG antibodies. My TSH is 5.634 T3, T4 levels are fine Anti TG antibodies is 6.92 Anti TPO is 217.92 Pls suggest if there is a worry of Grave's disease or Hashimotos. Also if the treatment can be done by any medicines

Anti TPO positive means you have autoimmune hypothyroidism. This test is done to know the cause of hypothyroidism. There is no specific treatment for autoimmunity. You just need to take regular thyroxine tablets .
