1.  Whenever i eat or drink something burning sensation created in my mouth and tongue 2. Pain in throt while swallowing of food 3. Heaviness in the throat feel like something stuck in my throat 4. Pain in the neck near the shoulder blade

Next Steps
avoid spicy food ,tea, coffee ( early morning ) eat food 3 hours before sleep .need clinical evaluation
