Sometimes sharp stabbing pain in one side of throat below the tonsil region. Happens only when I drink water sometimes. Few days it happens other days it does not

Please provide proper history like do u smoke, drink, acidity, frequent throat clearing. Need to rule out laryngopharngeal reflux. Also rule out enlarged styloid process by doing x ray
