My throat is paining for few days , i can't even swallow my own saliva and its affecting my ear and nose too . I feel like it's burning or itchy from inside. Can you please suggest me some do's and don'ts.

It can be pharyngitis.. Ear pain is due to reffered pain cause of common nerve.. Salt water gargling twice daily avoid cold and spicy foods
