My husband is having throat problem from past 1month... we have recently shifted to pune..shastri nagar.. he is not used to such dust and pollution.. He is having allergy to dust... he is getting again n again fever bcoz of this throat infection.. Plz suggest some medicines which can clear his throat ...

If he is allergic to dust, avoiding it is the only way, gargling with salt water twice daily may help him, but he has throat infection thats why he has fever, Take him to ent specialist , if it's bacterial infection he needs antibiotics, doctor will do skin prick test to know the allergen...
