I m suffering with sever throat pain. The whole throat has become red is colour and is paining like hell. I m not able to swallow nor am I able to breathe properly as it is paining a lot when I am trying to swallow. When m coughing also m experiencing tremendous pain. Pls help me out with a medicine.
