I have a throat problem with that I can see bleeding in morning when I cough Please help me with the details

From the limited information provided by you, I can understand that you have blood in sputum after coughing. It can be either due to injury to throat while forceful cough. Then there will be only streaks of blood in sputum. If it is so, then there is nothing much to worry. But if there is frank blood or more blood in sputum, then it is better to consult an otolaryngologist in person and get evaluated.

You can do warm saline gargle before and after sleep.
