A small fish bone stuck in my throat during having the meal.i tried to get rid of this with coughing and drinking water but it doesn't work rather to cure it increases more problem in my throat.

Obviously fish bone which is stuck in throat needs to be removed under vision. If it is deeper inside throat it might require endoscopy guided removal. I don't think online consultation will help you to get rid of fish bone in throat!
