Recurring throat pain from the past 3-4 months whenever I drinking something mildly cold. Want to understand what all can be the reasons behind this

Hi. Recurrent throat pain after taking cold food is most probably due to pharyngo-tonsillitis. You can try conservative measures like warm saline gargles. If it is severe you may need antibiotics. Also if symptoms are very frequent, there is an indication for surgical removal of tonsils.
