Dear Dr, I am a singer. I am having difficulty hitting high notes. My throat is getting tired after singing for some time. My voice gets hoarse after singing maybe even for just 10mins. It feels like something is stuck in my throat. Sometimes I am feeling a sharp pain like being poked with a pin in my throat especially while swallowing food/ water
