My throat is paining alot. It's not tonsillitis because I'm not having Problems in swallowing the food. I DON'T KNOW what it is but at one point while touching it's paining alot. It's internal swelling or what's it I don't know. Can you please tell me what is it and what could be the reasons ?

It can be an ulcer in the throat. To properly diagnose You need to send me a picture of the inside of ua throat, Open ua mouth wide say aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh while keeping the tongue inside or press the tongue with spoon handle and make someone put torchlight inside and click a pic and send it to me,
