I have fever and severe throat pain since 4 days. I am not able to drink or swallow anything.Please help with some medicines

Most probably is acute infection in throat. Take a course of antibiotic along with some symptomatic treatment.
Next Steps
do gargling with antibiotic solution
Health Tips
avoid cold remedies for some days.
