Throat Infection with dry throat

I have a throat infection from past 7days and even I used Azithromycin for 3days very less results. I am getting dry throat after 10-15mins of having water .. Is it a symptom of Covid 19 and I don't have any cough, fever, etc etc

Probably it's not COVID 19 symptom. Use antiseptic gargle like betadine or hexidine 3 times a day. Avoid spicy food. Drink plenty of fluid

Do you still have throat pain? It does not seem like the throat infection is still there if there is no pain. dry throat may be due to acid reflux especially after antibiotic. Please start tab pantocid dsr once a day on empty stomach for 7 days
