I have been problem in my throat .I am working as a teacher . I need to speak louder in the class so everyone can listen in my class.

Hello, you need to take vocal/ voice rest very often or  schedule your class such that you get rest time equal to as much as u have used your  voice. I would suggest,  consult a Speech or voice therapist for better understanding.
