You need to meet a Sleep Apnoea Surgeon. First your friend needs to undergo a Sleep Study(Polysomnography), then a Dynamic Sleep MRI Study to identify all the points of obstruction in his airway. This will help your sleep Apnoea Surgeon to plan the surgical corrections required to help your friend. These investigations alone will cost upwards of ₹25000. Surgical costs depends upon reports.
