You throat seems congested suggesting Pharangitis. Need to start on antibiotics and decongestants. Any history of fever/throat pain or irritation/cough/headache? Should start on Tab. Amoxiclav Tab. Omez dsr Tab. Wikoryl

Yes your throat is red and inflamed. U need antibiotics and saline/iodine gargles. Kindly consult a doctor on practo or anyother doctor in your vicinty for a prescription
