For the past few days. I have been facing irritation in my throat. It has now been converted into severe pain and continous balgam(sputum) in my throat. Please suggest some medicines.  My nose is also heavy many a times.

Hi looks like you have got upper respiratory tract infection.... you will have to take a course of antibiotics along with salt water gargling twice or thrice a day...
