Doctor my stomach gurgling lot of time but now a days throat also gurgling while wake up...after eating it reduced ..some times i feel my throat tightened

This can be due to acidity issues ... Plz have proper diet , drink plenty of water and avoid hot and spicy food ... Also don't go to bed just after dinner and avoid over indulgence in hot tea or coffee ..  also smoking and alcohol are bad for ur condition so plz avoid these if u indulge
