During chest drain hourly output 300ml per hour. And iv infusion inflow.... Is this necessary to reduce the flowrate of IV fluids.?

No not at all, iv fluids is for general body hydration and will help in redusing the icd drain wait till it get reduces.

continue iv fluids.
