Before 20 days my heart was paining n getting more heart beat n weakness if i eating also iam getting hungry n if walk i cant walk properly i iam walking sm steps iam getting deziness i hv consult a docter they hv done ecg is normel eco normel suger normel insulin normel n glucouse tolerent test normel but even though iam getting weakness even i eat more n if i walk more steps getting dezines n getting swets n fatigue when iam eating thirst every time n frm few days my eye site got more n more low than before i cant see clearly anything without spects even though i wear spects i cant see properly but now iam getting pain in chest heart neat is low
