Third FET embryo transfer

This question is regarding my wife. We had gone through third FET embryo transfer IVF. Today is the 11th day of the transfer. Wife has experienced slight spotting on day 5, day 7 and day 11. Three day and three times spotting. It was light. Should we worry or is it a positive sign? Our beta hcg test is due in 5 days.
