Hi, Since past few days, I am noticing kind of thin white discharge passing from vagina. I had vaginal delivery before 2.5months. I am breast feeding exclusively and have got no periods. Can anyone please suggest?

Maybe pregnancy or may be infection.Get done urine test for pregnancy.If negative and doubt is there get done Bhcg test.It is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy.
