Thin stool

I have been noticing that I am not able to pass stool properly . It appear thin stool and is clay colored and though I eat a lot it still feels bowel doesn't empty .I have bowel issues since childhood but since week I have noticed the stool doesn't come out irrespective of eating roughage. What can be the possibilities . I observed this change after taking a hair multivitamin but since the stool is thin and doesn't even come I am worried

Okay, for now, with those limited details, you can start taking isaphghula husk 1 tsf with half cup of luke warm water or milk. Take a tab domeridom 10 mg before breakfast for next 3-5 days. Have a plenty of water and take a walk of atleast 10 mins after each meal. Its good that you are taking a good amount of roughage. Keep doing that.
