I am having cold and cough from past one week and Yesterday and Today I saw some blood with in mucus. Please help me what is wrong with my nose.

Health Tips
Use humidifier in room. Dont clean nose vigorously. Put 2 drops of nasoclear drops in both nostrils twice a day. Keep neosporin ointment handy.
