Hi as pet your history there would be narrowing in the duodenum because of recurrent ulceration leading to narrowing of passage. You need further tests like CT SCAN OF ABDOMEN WITH ORAL AND I.V CONTRAST to rule out Any other issues/ to analyse outside lumen issues. In case of continuing problem you would require a bypass surgery. We do it laparoscopically ( scarless surgery) by making only 2-3 holes.
