Hello TT immunisation means it create antibodies by injecting tetanus toxoid(tt) inside human body. When your immunised with tt body create's immunity by producing anybody. Whenever you are infected by tetanus which are more frequent in soil ,rusted material this antibodies will fight with him. So you are protected as you have already took tetanus immunisation.
