Appendicitis can be diagnosed clinically with the main sign being pain in the right lower side of abdomen. This diagnosis can be confirmed by taking ultrasound abdomen Even ct abdomen is useful for detecting achte appendicitis

According to you you are suffering from acute appendicitis. Generally USG is good test and first test then You can do CT scan and then MRI .
