A new born has testes bigger than normal size what should be it. please provide me suggestion about the matter.

If both testes are bigger than normal in size then most likely it is fluid accumulated in the scrotum. Within the next 15-20 days the swelling will reduce spontaneously. If only one testis is bigger than normal then we have to consider hernia and hydrocele. But both conditions don't need any immediate treatment except consultation by Paediatric Surgeon.
