I got hurt my right side testis accidentally. It pains a lot at that time after some movement and some exercise I got little relief but I am feeling a light pain in the abdomen from that day. What should i do. Is this a serious issue?

Hey, inguinal nerve goes from inguinal region of stomach to scotum ,so injury to that nerve may cause radiating pain ,if its minimal and subsides over period then don't worry ,if you having persistent pain then consult surgeon
