Hello Doctor, I had noticed that my  testicle size of both side is not same.Right one is bigger than the left one.however from last one month or more I started noticing that the right side of my testicle is very big almost size of a Dry dates or similar like Green Grapes bigger in size and the left testicle size is very small like a peanut size.I don't feel any pain in the testicle. Please let me know if the above variation in the testicle size is symptoms of Testicular Cancer.
