Testicles positioning

When I was 5 to 6 year I have undergone through operation of my penis as it was swollen. Now it looks like a circumcised penis and some part of soctrum skin is pulled for stitches of the lower penis due to which my testicles are not in proper position, the right testicle is bit higher than the left one. So some times I feel pain in right testicle if move it here and there in soctrum sack. Please suggest me on this
