Behind the left testicles somewhat itchy and mild burning sensation..can feel some thing if I press but it's not hard..can feel like something is broken..

Hi there.. itching in scrotum may be due to taenia infection, dry skin, other skin infection, allergic dermatitis.. find out the reason for allergy like soap, clothes, tight undergarments. and avoid the allergen.. take antihistamine tablets like cetrizine10mg twice daily for two days will help you by reducing itching. Consult dermatologist once so that cause could be found.. and please consult surgeon or urologist for that lump you feel..
