Recently quit smoking marijuana, right testicle has always been higher and bigger. For the past 2 days, my left testicle has been bigger and higher. I am currently having problems with my psoas, don't know if it is the cause. I am 19, weigh 178, 5 foot 9. Can ejaculate without pain, and urinalysis came back clean, except for very miniscule amounts of blood in urine, which doctor said was nothing to worry about. I am so scared.
