Sir I have pain in my left testicle & Lower left abdomen, testicle pain appear & disappear automatically. What may be the cause of this??n what to do sir

Get sonography of pelvis n scrotum. .pain may b because of varicocele or hydrocele or some other inflammation. Sometimes pain is after asrousal nd wn there is no discharge
