I’m 16 years old and have a dull ache/pain in my testicles (mainly left) which comes and goes. I have personally checked for lumps and haven’t found any but I also get less common chest pains. I’ve had these problems for quite a while (maybe even 3 years, or since birth, on and off) but it’s beginning to get more frequent whether that’s because I’m panickig and thinking about it or not. I worry that it’s testicular cancer but really not sure. Please help thank you
