I had a wet dream a few days ago and now My left testicle is tickling me and started hanging a little lower than normal, I don't feel any pain anywhere, it just feels a bit uncomfortable when I walk, there are no lumps, I can feel the oval shape of the back of my left testicle, but testicle is very smooth, I put a heating pad just above my groin area below the stomach and the tickling feeling goes away, what is this feeling and will it go away?
