Tested positive with COVID 19

Hi doctor, I have been tested positive with COVID 19 in 6th Jan late evening. I have symptoms like fever around 100 and running nose, phelgm with weakness and fatigue. I am taking below medicine- 1. Dolo 650 twice a day 2. AUGPEN 625 twice a day 3. Montair lc once a day 4. Zincovit twice a day 5. Limcee twice a day 6. Uprise d3 60000 once a week Followed by steam inhalation and gargle with betadine. Shall I add anything more to the medicines? Please advice 🙏
