Medical test done on 22/09/21 ( office check up ). Reports are given below HBA1C. - 5.7 Total Cholesterol - 231 Triglycerides. -. 141 HDL Cholesterol - 50 Non - HDL Cholesterol - 181 LDL Cholesterol - 152.8 VLDL Cholesterol - 28.2 Total Cholesterol / HDL Ratio - 4.62 I am a non smoker and non alcoholic. Is the report is not good? Please advise.

LDL is high .Lifestyle changes should help . Regular cardiac workout should be attempted and recheck lipids after 3 months .
