Glucose in urine test. present ± + + + what does this mean? Iam diabetic from 6 years. Rest everything is normal in my urine test report. Diabetic level after breakfast is 248 checked at home. Does this mean early kidney disease . Please reply.

Probably already have some eye damage. And a test for urine micro protein to see how much kidney damage. New medication available otherwise you’re entering insulin territory

You need proper control of diabetes. Otherwise three things will be affected- kidney (nephropathy), retina (retinopathy), nerves (neuropathy)
