I have terrible cough from past 1 week, when checked with few local doctors they said its throat infection, took 3 injections also, which included steroids. But still no improvement lately started pump but still no improvement.

There can be many causes of intractable cough.  Treatment is possible only once the diagnosis is confirmed.  Need to see the chest x ray and if possible get a CT chest done.  Since you are in noida you can see me personally.
