It is advisable not to use any sleeping tablets without supervision of a psychiatrist. These tablets have a potential to be addictive. You seem under a lot of stress
Please see a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation to rule out depression and also for counseling on how to cope up with stress. Adapt a healthy lifestyle which includes regular exercise, healthy diet and meditation. This will help you to deal with stress and also improve your sleep.
