Its normal to have tender breast before periods and it usually subsides by the time periods ends. Stop Caffine- Tea/ Coffee/ cola intake. And start evion and Primosa 500 once daily for a month. In case pain doesnot subsides with periods, get yourself examined by Gynaec or Gen surgeon.

Hello, it is quite normal to get pain in the breast before and sometimes during the menstrual cycle. It happens due to dominance of progesterone over estrogen. Nothing to worry,if you don't feel that you have a lump or hard mass.
Next Steps
nothing to do if your cycles are regular and frequency of the flow is normal.
Health Tips
you can give gentle massage with hot pack for relief. feel free to consult if you have any further queries or need more clarification.

Your one-sided breast tenderness before periods is normal due to hormonal changes. Since you have regular cycles, no lumps, discharge, or fever, there’s nothing serious. What to Do? ✔ Apply a warm compress ✔ Avoid caffeine & salty foods ✔ Wear a supportive bra ✔ Relax—anxiety can worsen symptoms If pain persists after periods, consult a doctor, but you're safe!
