Hi, wax isn't a treatment for tendinosis. Ultrasound, ift, taping with lifestyle modification n brace use can treat u forever. Total treatment time 20-25 days n full healing time will be around 3-4 months.

If the diagnosis is correct then u need to know that tendinosis takes 3 to 6 months to resolve provided due precautions and Physiotherapy  along with other medications are taken properly. Remember blood supply of tendons is poor.
Next Steps
You can go for MRI of the concerned tendon/s which are involved as per Your Treating Physiotherapist or Physician.
Health Tips
Proper Rest for affected part, Lifestyle modification so that involved muscles or tendons are not traumatized during healing period, Improvement in nutrition and diet.

It can only be trrated with IFT+TENS. Treatment time will be upon the condition from 8-12 weeks. With electrotherapy you also need slow exercises which will be suggested depending upon improvement.

No need of laser. As you said you tried physiotherapy for twice. You need physiotherapy session machine therapy like tens, ift , electric machine therapy. atleast for 3-4 weeks. After that need to be doing exercises regularly. Then slowly slowly you will see results. You need be patience. And keep doing exercises and  session properly and complete the treatment . Do not stop inbetween. Or else pain will keep coming back. If you want to see permanent results then need to complete session and stop with physiotherapist advice.
